- Issue you a certificate of completion documenting your participation in the education activity. If a co-sponsor is providing accreditation and issuing certificates, Integrity CE will give your personal information to that company for that purpose only.
- Contact you with a follow-up survey, if you answered “Yes” when you completed an evaluation questionnaire that asked if you are willing to participate in a follow-up survey.
- Send you information about other educational activities that Integrity CE is offering.
- Comply with any local, state, or federal laws, orders, or regulations if Integrity CE is required to disclose your personal information by any applicable law, court order, or government regulation.
